I charge $160 per session, and I don’t work with insurance providers. This allows me to protect your privacy, avoid unnecessary diagnoses, and create a personalized approach that truly fits your needs. My work is focused, specialized, and effective—many folks see changes in 3–6 sessions, and individuals often achieve meaningful growth in a short period of time. Therapy is an investment in yourself, your relationships, and your overall well-being.
