Hi, Iām Kay Alton, a licensed therapist, mom, and wife. I provide in person and virtual therapy statewide in Washington and specialize in helping teens, moms, couples, and families navigate lifeās most challenging seasons. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and deeply informed by both professional expertise and lived experienceāincluding my own journey through postpartum depression, marriage and parenting.

As a licensed therapist and organizational consultant, I specialize in helping teams and leaders navigate conflict, burnout, and organizational change through a trauma-informed lens. I work with HR departments, leadership teams, and staff to create healthier workplaces where individuals feel supported, valued, and equipped to thrive.
