Hi, I’m Kay Alton, a licensed therapist, mom, and wife. I provide in person and virtual therapy statewide in Washington and specialize in helping teens, moms, couples, and families navigate life’s most challenging seasons. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and deeply informed by both professional expertise and lived experience—including my own journey through postpartum depression, marriage and parenting.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or ready to heal old wounds, this is a safe space for you to find clarity, support, and real change.
